SHIPPING INFORMATION

FREE Shipping on orders $100+ to addresses within the continental United States.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Orders containing products that are not in stock can take longer to ship. 

SHIPPING CARRIERS

Customers must be able to receive deliveries from any of the major carriers we use including USPS, UPS and FedEx.

SHIPPING DELIVERY

The following shipping methods are available: Economy Shipping (8-10 business days), Standard Ground (4 – 6 business days), Second Day (2 business days) and Next Day (1 business day). Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method.  Some items cannot be shipped using Second Day or Next Day due to size, weight, hazardous materials and delivery address. These items will only have standard shipping available. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.

SHIPPING RATES

Orders over $100 will ship FREE.  Orders under $100 will be calculated at check out.  Economy, ground, second day and next day shipping rates will be available options.

SHIPPING TO APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands

Free Shipping WILL NOT apply to these locations.  Actual shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

LTL Freight Shipments (via large truck)

Larger orders and those packed on pallets may require delivery via truck carrier rather than UPS or FedEx. We will notify you if this is the case with your order. Here are a few things to know about LTL deliveries:

  • LTL deliveries can only be made to commercial addresses.
  • The truck driver is only required to move your order to the tailgate of the truck. You will need the means to remove your order from the back of the truck. This may require a dock and pallet jack or forklift depending on the size and weight of the order.
  • It is important to check the shipment for any missing or damaged cartons while the truck driver is still at your location and note these on the driver’s copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L). We cannot file a claim with the truck company for missing or damaged goods if this is not done.

 SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Currently, we do not ship to Canada or other international addresses. 

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Please note if a shipment is damaged when delivered to you and where possible, take pictures of the damaged shipment and contents. Then contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement order to be shipped and the return of the damaged product to us.
