RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY:
Thank you for shopping at Aabaco Environmental Industries. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
PRODUCT RETURNS:
You have 30 days to return an item from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
FINAL SALE & CUSTOM ITEMS:
We do not offer any exchanges, returns or refunds on any item marked FINAL SALE or any item that has been CUSTOM.
RETURN PROCESS:
If you need to return an item contact Customer Service at sales@aabaco.com. Aabaco Environmental Industries is not responsible for shipping cost on returned item(s)
When returning a product, please do the following:
- Carefully package the item(s) and include the packing slip with reason for return written on the packing slip. If the packing slip is not available, please provide the purchase date and the original order number.
- Indicate whether you would like a replacement product or a refund.
- Please ship Item(s) to our Florida location at: 122 Evernia Street Jupiter, FL 33458. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you if there is an issue with your return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
